- These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") list the terms of the agreement between you ("You") and Barrymanilowlive.com("Barrymanilowlive.com" or "We" or "Us") for services that We provide (the "Services"). By using our Site, You agree to accept this Agreement.
- Barrymanilowlive.com is an Independent Ticket Agency operating in the Secondary Market specializing in the re-sale of Barry Manilow tickets at premium prices. We are not connected directly with any of the Barry Manilow.s organizers, promoters, acts or sites.
- All our tickets are official tickets therefore they are liable to the printing restrictions imposed by the official distributors, namely that no official tickets will be printed until 10 days before the event.
- Please allow up to 7-10 working days before the event date to receive your tickets or alternatively at the venue on the day of the concert.
- We have a strict NO cancellations policy and will accept no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The only reason you may be eligible for a refund is AFTER the concert date in the extremely unlikely scenario that the concert gets cancelled or postponed or you do not receive your tickets.
- Due to the fluctuating nature of the concert tickets market, Barrymanilowlive.com reserves the rights to change the prices without warning and our new prices will be published on our website. . If your card has been charged with the going rate at the time of booking then you have secured your tickets at that price and we are not allowed to charge you any more if the prices go up at a later stage or alternatively you are not allowed to ask for any partial refund if the prices go down at a later stage.
- Barrymanilowlive.com is not responsible for any tickets lost or stolen and cannot duplicate any tickets after they have been sent out.
- All our tickets are fully transferrable and do not have such limitations such as the name of the concert goer printed on them.
- You agree that we may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other relevant third parties. We will cooperate to ensure that violators are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- The 7 day cooling off period covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000, amended 2005) DOES NOT APPLY TO TICKET SALES.
